Because our cabin sits in a prime area for big game hunting, our rates are higher during the fall hunting seasons than at any other time. A full discussion of rates follows.
Rates for Winter, Spring, and Summer

$100 per night, flat rate |
This rate is in effect whenever hunting seasons are closed. Since our cabin can sleep six to eight guests comfortably, a summer stay can be a very cost-effective family getaway. Since the cabin sits at the end of a rough road, making access a time-consuming process, we do recommend stays of several days. Typically this means Saturday through Thursday night, with departure on Friday morning. If your itinerary requires something different, please inquire. |
Rifle Season (October and November) Rates

$1000 per season, four person minimum |
Crazy Horse Ranch is road-accessible until the close of Colorado's last rifle season. The hunting can be excellent during this period, but since it is late in the season our rates are slightly higher for the late hunt than the early seasons, but these trips are actually a better value since the rate at left includes the use of a horse for all hunters, which our other rates do not. |
Muzzleloader and Archery Season Rates

$600 per week (Saturday through Friday morning), four person minimum |
Our rates for hunting seasons other than the rifle seasons do not include the use of a horse. If you are interested in hunting during the archery season, the use of a horse and a discounted rate may apply. Please inquire. |
